Ecolodge Rooms & Rates
The Ecolodge has ten rooms and our nightly rates range from $110 (lower level rooms) to $125 (upper level rooms) for two guests plus 9% tax. There is a $25 charge per extra person per night. In order to really enjoy one’s stay and take in all that El Yunque Rainforest has to offer, we encourage our guests to stay more than one evening. There is an extra room cleaning fee of $20 for “one-night” guests.
Check-in hours are between 1:00 and 9:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please call ahead of time if you plan on checking in after 9:00 PM.
Unlike most hotel chains, we provide a variety of different room options. Each of our rooms has its own unique charm. Top floor rooms offer private balconies with spectacular views and bottom floor rooms give guests easy access to the Casa Cubuy hiking trail. We have a handicap accessible room on the main floor. There is also one room with a private porch below the Casa Cubuy Restaurant. We take reservations via phone or email. To make a reservation we ask that you provide us with the exact check-in and check-out dates, the number of people in your party, whether you would like an upper or lower level room, and a credit card number with expiration date. We accept Visa and Mastercard. If you are contacting us by email this last piece of information can be sent in two emails for security purposes.

cancellation policy
Cancellations made prior to 7 days before your arrival will result in a charge of 10% of your total bill. If you cancel with less than 7 days notice before your expected arrival date you will be charged 50% of the full amount as we are holding a particular room for you and turning down other potential guests. The only exception to this policy is if we are unable to provide accommodations due to hurricane or other such exceptional circumstances.
